_____1) COMPLETION OF PROGRAM

Complete the SPT Training Program and pass the Final Examination. You must have an OVERALL PROGRAM GRADE of 75% or more to pass the program. 

 

_____2) SETTLE YOUR ACCOUNTS

Unless otherwise pre-arranged and agreed upon by you and our Program Director, your balance for the program cost should be paid in full before your Exam Date.

_____3) COMPLETE YOUR EXAM REGISTRATION

Applications will be completed in class.  Remember you must have a passing grade to qualify.

_____4) SCHEDULE TO COMPLETE THE REST OF YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

- CPR TRAINING  (included in Class Schedule)

- MEDICAL TESTS
